Baltic Block – one of the leading manufacturers of pallet composite blocks and boards in Europe – is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation flow and manage both local and international deliveries

• Process transport orders and related logistics data

• Prepare export and transport documentation

• Communicate with clients, logistics partners, and carriers

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in logistics, transport, or business)

• Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics field

• Good command of Latvian and English; conversational Russian is a plus

• Other language skills will be considered an advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Analytical and logical thinking

• Ability to work independently and organize tasks efficiently

• Solid computer skills
